What we do with your information.

This page describes what this website collects, where it goes, and how to have it deleted. It describes what the software actually does, not what a template says it might do.

We do not sell your information, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or lead buyers. We do not send your file to any lender before you have agreed our fee in writing and told us which lenders to approach.

Who we are

Afangideh Capital is a commercial mortgage brokerage run by Israel Afangideh. We arrange financing secured by commercial property. We are not a lender and we do not make loans. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

What you give us

The enquiry form is the only place this site asks you for anything. It collects what you type into it:

Your name, your email address, and your telephone number if you give one.
The property address, the property type, what you need the loan for, the unit count or floor area, and when you need the money.
The purchase price or value, the net operating income, and the loan you are looking for. Every one of these is optional.
Anything you write in the notes field.
The figures you entered into the loan sizing tool, but only if you used the button that carries them into the form. The tool by itself sends us nothing.

The loan sizing tool runs entirely in your browser. Type into it all day and nothing leaves your device. It reaches us only when you press the button that carries your figures into the enquiry form and you then send that form.

What we record without asking

When you send the form, our server also records:

Your IP address	Attached to the enquiry, and held for two hours in a separate counter that limits how many enquiries one connection can send. The counter stops abuse and nothing else.
Approximate location	The country, region and city our host infers from that IP address. It is approximate and often wrong by some distance.
Referring page	The address of the page that sent you here, if there was one.
Browser identification	The user agent string your browser sends to every website it visits.

We keep these to tell a real enquiry from an automated one, and to know which channels bring real borrowers. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. We use no advertising trackers, no session cookies, and no third-party tags.

We do measure how many people visit which sections, using the analytics built into our host. It is aggregate, it sets no cookie, and it does not follow you to other websites.

Where your information goes

Two companies handle your information because we use their services to run the business:

Cloudflare	Serves this website and stores every enquiry. Your enquiry is held in their storage service, and the alert email is sent through their email service.
Google	The alert email arrives in a Gmail inbox, so Google handles it in transit and at rest.

That is the whole list. No one else receives your enquiry. There is no customer relationship system, no marketing platform, and no analytics company holding your details.

We work from Nigeria and serve borrowers in the United States, so your information is handled in more than one country.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry until you ask us to delete it. A property financing conversation can restart years later — a loan matures, a purchase falls through and returns — and losing your file would mean asking you for everything twice.

The two-hour abuse counter deletes itself automatically. Nothing you have to do.

Having your information deleted

Email [email protected] and ask. We will delete your enquiry and tell you when it is done. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing — including if you are in the middle of a live deal, though in that case we will tell you what we can no longer do for you.

You can also ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, or to correct it.

Keeping it safe

Every connection to this site is encrypted. Enquiries sit in access-controlled storage on Cloudflare's network. One person reads them.

Please do not email us a tax return, a personal financial statement, or a bank statement. Ordinary email is not secure enough for those. When we need them, we send you a secure upload link.

Children

This site is for people arranging commercial property finance. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this page

If we change what the site collects, we change this page in the same breath and move the date at the top. There is no archive of old versions, so if the date has moved and it matters to you, ask us what changed.

Afangideh Capital arranges financing secured by commercial property. It is not a lender and does not make loans. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or financial advice.
